6 Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables daily and drink at least eight glasses of water in a day.

7 Use only water base cosmetics, and try to keep your makeup usage to minimum.  

Don’ts For Acne Prone Skin

1 Don’t squeeze or prick pimples or blackheads even if it's tempting to do so. This will just cause infection to spread on surrounding skin areas.

2 Don't scrub your pimples. This will cause skin to open and makes the healing process longer.

5 Don’t use oil base moisturizers or creams on your acne prone skin

7 Don’t shave daily.  Frequent shaving can result in tiny cuts on the skin that can worsen acne. Shave only as needed.
